INCI note
This is NOT the same material as Leucidal Liquid SF, whose INCI is Lactobacillus Ferment. Different organism, different substrate, different CAS. The two are routinely conflated in the trade and on competitor product pages.
CAS note
84775-94-0 also circulates. Two CAS numbers are in active use for this material — confirm which your downstream documentation expects.
Broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection from a radish ferment, with the pH ceiling and heat limit stated up front instead of buried in a technical bulletin.

Formulation notes
- Heat stable only to 60 °C. Add at cool-down. This is the number one cause of preservation failure with this material.
- Slightly cationic — it can interact with anionic thickeners such as carbomer. Test your viscosity after addition.
- Effective pH window is 4.0 to 6.0 and it drops off sharply above that. It is not a universal preservative and any supplier telling you otherwise is overselling it.
- Always challenge-test. A natural preservative system is a hypothesis until a lab confirms it.
Applications
- Lotion and cream
- Toner and essence
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Serum
- Gel
- Sheet mask
