About
Inventory Handling & Logistics sells cosmetic raw materials out of the supply chain behind Viori, the Longsheng rice-water haircare brand. Viori makes 54 formulated products across shampoo bars, conditioner bars, sugar scrubs and treatments, and every one of them runs on the same base system: sodium cocoyl isethionate, BTMS-50, cocoa butter, shea butter, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, rice bran oil.
We buy those materials at production volume — the volume required to keep a national haircare brand in stock — and we sell out of the same lots we formulate with. That buying position is the reason this catalog exists.
What we stock
Thirty-one materials, in sizes from a 2 oz sample to a 2,755 lb tote. If it is not a material we buy at volume and use in production, it is not in this catalog. That constraint is deliberate. We only want to sell materials we have qualified against our own specifications and can answer real questions about. A catalog of four thousand SKUs is a catalog where nobody has read the spec sheets.
We do not stock cocamide DEA, formaldehyde donors, or anything on the California AB 2762 or Washington HB 1047 lists. Not because a raw-material supplier is clearly required to — that obligation is genuinely unsettled — but because our customers are required to, and selling someone a compliance problem is not a business.
How to judge any supplier in this category
Ask for the growth-medium substrate on a ferment, the aloin content on an aloe powder, the residual 1,4-dioxane on an ethoxylate, or the silica polymorph on a bamboo extract. The answers you get will tell you more about who you are buying from than any amount of marketing copy, including ours.
