Trade accounts
Every price on this site is visible without an account, and every size listed on a product page can be bought at checkout with a card. No minimum, no application, and the documents, lot COAs and sample sizes are included at every level.
Volume pricing is quoted, not published
Above the sizes on the page — and above a few hundred pounds a year — pricing is a conversation. Tell the sourcing desk what you buy, how often and where it ships, and we come back in one business day with a price, a lead time and a named origin. We would rather put a real number in writing against your actual volume than publish a tier you may not fit.
How it works
- Buy at list. Every listed size is priced and in stock. Card at checkout, ships the same business day on orders placed before 2:00 pm Mountain.
- Ask for a quote. Pallets, totes, super sacks, 20 ft and 40 ft containers, or a standing annual volume. One enquiry can cover several materials. Payment terms are set on the quote.
- Resale certificates. Send your state exemption certificate to accounts@inventoryhandling.com and we will apply tax exemption to your orders in every state where it is valid.
- Qualification samples. 50 g of any material with a full lot COA, free, once per SKU per year.
- Lot reservation. Qualified a specific lot? We will hold it against your production schedule so your next batch matches your last one.
What we will not do
- Charge you for your own paperwork. Every document we hold is free. No vendor-qualification fee, ever.
- Refuse returns. Unopened sealed containers come back within 30 days, 10% restocking, no argument.
- Take full payment on a bulk order and then refuse to cancel it. Cancellation is 15% before the lot is picked, nil after.
- Hide the price until checkout. Every price on this site is visible without an account.
- Sell you a claim we cannot document. If we cannot evidence a certification per lot, it does not go on the page.
