Sourcing requests

This catalog is deliberately short. We stock what Viori buys at production volume, which is the only reason our prices sit where they do. If you need something outside it, say so on the form. Where we can buy it well we will quote it. Where we cannot, we will say so and point you at whoever does it properly rather than brokering it badly and marking it up.

What to include: the INCI name, the grade, the volume you expect to buy in a year, and the date you need first delivery. An INCI name and a volume is enough to get a real answer. A product name without an INCI usually is not — four different materials are sold as “rice ferment” in this market and their prices span $27 to $256 per pound.

Quotes above the catalog sizes

Published prices run to the largest pack on each product page. Above that it is a quote, because freight starts to matter more than the material. Tell us the volume and the ship-to and we will come back within one business day.

Ask here and we will send what we hold: SDS, TDS, lot COA, allergen, GMO, BSE/TSE and vegan statements. No account, no charge, no vendor-qualification fee. Say which material and which lot if you have it.

Self-serve download from each product page is how this is meant to work and is not built yet. Until it is, the form is the route.

What we will not do

We will not quote a material we have not bought, qualified and held. We will not confirm a certification we cannot evidence per lot. If the honest answer is that we are the wrong supplier for you, that is the answer you will get.
